Our Promise: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Most products in new, unused condition with original packaging can be returned. Please review the sections below for details.
1. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging, including boxes, manuals, and accessories, must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Golf Grips: Due to installation and hygiene considerations.
- Golf Gloves: For personal hygiene reasons.
- Golf Tees & Golf Balls (e.g., Bridgestone Golf Balls, Callaway Golf Balls) that have been removed from original packaging or used.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and add the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in the instructions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once your return or exchange is approved.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Processing time begins once the return is approved.

Exchanges:
