Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Promise: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date. Most items in new, unused condition with original packaging are eligible.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Original packaging (boxes, manuals, accessories) must be included.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and practical reasons, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Golf Grips: Due to installation and hygiene considerations.
- Golf Gloves: For personal hygiene reasons.
- Golf Tees & Golf Balls (e.g., Bridgestone Golf Balls, Callaway Golf Balls) that have been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of use.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
