We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and specific Asian regions.

• Standard Shipping: Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Cost: Flat rate of $12.95. Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Unclaimed or returned packages due to an incorrect address may incur additional fees.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Subject to availability. For size/color exchanges in apparel, the new item ships after return approval.
